You freepers are falling for the liberal democrat trap. I work in healthcare, I design systems to handle healthcare, this is going as expected, it will work and is the way it must be done. Chill out. Trump and his team are on top of it. Trump will let us know if it isn’t what he wants. Believe me, I have to be aware for my job, I read healthcare organization newsletters, go to meetings, etc.

Rather than get crazy, either trust Trump or educate yourself on the subject. It is heavy reading and if you don’t do the homework yourself, don’t make statements you know nothing about.

What I see are peripheral details. What I want to see are the major issues:

- allow all insurance options; if I want major medical only and an insurance company wants to sell it to me, that should be allowed,

- the political problem with repeal is the number of people who have Obamacare and can be described as being hurt by the repeal, but this does not put a freeze on new Obamacare enrollments; it should put an absolute freeze on new enrollments, so that no one will “lose coverage” later,

- there is (so far) no sign of tort reform,

- if there is a free-market philosophy hidden in there, it’s too well hidden for me to find it!

I am not generally a fan of Rand Paul, but I’d rather have him write this bill than Paul Ryan. I hope this is just a negotiating stance to be followed by, “well, we tried, but the democrats wouldn’t talk, so we had to cave to conservatives in order to repeal Obamacare, which was collapsing anyways.”
