On that we agree. I'd be happy just to go back to what I had pre-ObamaCare. Cross-state competition and tort reform (which, since ObamaCare have been the go-to GOP replies to, Well, what is your proposal?) would be a bonus. But, strangely, now that we have control of the House, Senate and White House, those simple, common-sense proposals are MIA.
