that’s zactley how the last repeal got to Obama’s desk.
Senate via reconciliation and House via vote.

It only required the House to have 2/3 to override the veto and they couldn’t do it.

I apologize.
I was wrong.
The 2016 Bill was not a full repeal.
It basically did what the current proposal is doing - it removed\relaxed anything funding related.

It seems lately, the only thing I’m doing is inserting my other foot in my mouth.

I’ll shut up now.
