FOX just had a whistleblower on stating what we all knew and that is the NSA gathers or mines as they call it, ALL transmissions within and in and out of the US and stores it.
Then “they” can go in and review that data at any time.
Thats where the “oversight” committee comes in and has failed.
There is no control over who has access to that data which is how Flyn’s convo’s were monitored at Trump Tower and subsequently leaked.
Leaked by someone that has access to that monitoring

The only possible rationale for the CIA leaving all these tools so unguarded is in order to facilitate their transfer to unfriendly entities. There is no other possible reason. Hillary did the same thing with her server. Perhaps the “Deep State” exists on a much vaster, international scale than we have anticipated.
