This is all made up. CNN posted the footage initially and admitted there was no way to know what was discussed and then proceeded to spin this yarn about how upset Trump was, whom you never see on the video. They also claim Bannon is upset and animated.
Reading Bannon’s lips it appears he is telling the President “Yes!!! I agree! But, I really have to go the bathroom....”
Video shows nothing. All we have is the word of these honorable journalists.

How about this scenario:
Trumps asks his advisors for thoughts on how to go about rounding up all the rotten traitors from the last administration, now that they have the goods on them.
Priebus wants to arrest Comey and squeeze him to squeal with threats of jail time. Bannon shouts that they should go straight for Obama but Ivanka yells at them both that if all the traitors aren’t rounded up at the same time, Hilllary will have all the others arkansided before they can testify.
