Brennan, Lynch or Holder would have to turn states evidence. It is a virtual certainty that Obama never signed such an order and simply told them what to do. Also very doubtful that they kept any credible documentation. The hearing will be a good thing to thwart the ongoing Democratic obstructionism. However in the end doubt there will be any indictments of major figures. Brennan may say that “he is responsible” and ordered the wiretaps in the “interests of national security”. That’s about the most that can be reasonably expected beyond further damaging Obama’s mythical legacy. However any chance to demonstrate to the American people the inherent lowlife nature of the Democrats should proceed with hearings.
Comey is eyeball deep in this. Not sure which side he is on.
