It sounds like it is very hard to get a FISA Order...The federal government would have to have evidence that one is an agent of a FOREIGN GOVERNMENT or a TARGET of a foreign government who's involved in national security. Not sure I really understand this or have stated correctly. Someone on Judge Jeanine said it would be unusual for a President to be involved..but the AG is involved.***************************Maybe the wiretapping wasn't done under FISA my take.

Bet there were a bunch of FISA warrants for foreign agents in regard to both campaigns. Foreign governments are VERY interested in elections for many reasons.
