Wouldn’t that be a great comeuppance for him? Maybe he’ll even lose the speakership. Hopefully enough congressman are angry at him. And the speaker can’t even pass his own bill, seems like it’s time for a new one.
I actually think there should be a tax deduction added for people that pay for their insurance out right. To match what employer sponsored plans get. But just make it equal, that the amount can be a deduction only. No free handouts!
Or make none of it tax-deductible. The free market should be working without government interference.
