Kevin McCarthy deliberately misunderstood the statement on Fox & Friends. It was Rand Pauls says that Paul Ryan mislead our President on he'll have enough votes in the Senate and its not true.
Kevin said he was in all the meetings and thats not true the President is totally on board to the Ryan Plan.
That isn't an answer to what Rand Paul said. Kevin is skirting the TRUTH!
