I don’t think Trump should appoint anyone who was involved in the campaign.Rudy was involved, don’t know Mark.
There must be a list of good attorneys who could serve as deputy AG.
But the issue also would be that recess appointments need to be appointed during a “recess” of congress. Recall Obama got in trouble for making recess appointments when congress was not on recess.
Either one works for me, though Rudy has been loyal to Trump for a long time and has a security and cyper security company, so he may be better for the job.
Some of us aren’t fond of Christie, but I’ve read that he is a hard @ss prosecuter.

Hoosiermama I believe Rudy has been ALL OVER this behind the scenes I believe that is why Rudy has been absent!!!! There is a place in this admin for Rudy HOWEVER Trump needed him on the outside for now!!! Trump has KNOWN this for quite some time and so has Rudy!!!
