I think I understand what they are doing in phases I II and III
But RYan did a piss poor job of explaining it.
Phase I has to be seperate because it is just reworking the tax part of OBcare It only needs 51 votes to repeal. It’s what they are replacing it with that has everyone in an uproar. It’s not well worded or presented.
Phase II is what O’s secretary put in place and that is being handled by Price He is over turning that. (Sure would like a list of what’s involved)
Phase III are all the things we’ve wanted forever. There. Must be a 60% vote because it is new. It includes the cross state line / group insurance/limits on legal medical suits etc.
If III is included in I. It would need a 60% vote too.

Very good explaination. That is why they are doing the Phase one and then the Tax Cuts. By doing Phase One they have already cut more than one Trillion out of taxes. That now will be figured in while writing the Tax Cut bill.
