That’s a great poster ray. It shows how far we have come from the founding fathers intent. Even Washington only served one term so he could go back to farming.
Washington served two terms.
I love outside too, that’s why we moved to rural East Tennessee on almost 19 acres. And this time I finally will love daylight savings! Just for the reason you said. Except for the laundry. LOL
In Mexifornia I hated it because it meant the obnoxious noisy neighbors would be out even longer. I really love being back in the US.
Really? Hmmm, OK, thanks. wasn’t there one that only served one term? I mean one of the founding fathers, and on purpose, not because they lost the election.
TUNE IN TONIGHT for my interview with WH @PressSec @seanspicer on health care and the key next steps. @FoxNews 9P Est!
Adams lost his bid for a second term. Jefferson, Madison and Monroe each served two terms. JQ Adams lost his bid for a second term. Jackson served two terms. Van Buren lost his bid. Harrison died in office, and Tyler was so unpopular and incompetent that his own party ditched him.
Polk was the one who decided not to run for a second term. When he ran the first time, he said that his sole goal was to annex the Republic of Texas into the Union, and if he succeeded, then he would not run for re-election. He was a man of his word.
Nope, I was wrong. Looks like they either served two terms or lost. That’s kind of disappointing. Well, at least they didn’t serve decades and decades in Congress. Or maybe they did ?
Well, you’re amazing! Give yourself a star :-)
DVRing it right now. Thank you Ray!
Indeed it does CottonBall, way past time for term limits.......
Henry Clay was elected to the House in 1804. He either served in the House or Senate for the rest of his life -- he died in 1852 -- except for the few short years where he served in a president's cabinet.
He is about the age that some of the severe mental illness symptoms appear If that is the case some time in a hospital getting appropriate medications and then time in an out patient facility adjusting levels are in his future. Many Asian families are reluctant to get “help” for mental illness as they still see it as a weakness not a disease. Times are changing.
As our president said “It’s sad!”
Welcome.....
Surely this can't be legal. At least, not without a corrupt AG to provide cover.
Does anybody know?
Mitch McConnell is only 3 years older than President Trump. He looks ancient.
Of course, Christie Brinkley is a week younger than I am and ... well, guess I shouldn’t be throwing stones from my glass house. LOL
People from Vietnam are very traumatized group. They went thru hell and adjusting into new country was not easy. Here in Bay area, we have huge Vietnam community and everyone had story to tell. I have worked with dozens of them and their stories are so horrifying, it gives me nightmare if I go to bed thinking about.
All the info I got for sending postcards are that they are to be dated March 15, 2017
Send a postcard to President Trump on March 15

Yes they are a strong honorable group. Education and hard work are valued. I’m sure his family was concerned about him living in car and not eating well. But he unfortunately didn’t see other options. At least he’s done no harm to self or others Maybe now he will get some help Would love to see what he wrote the president. -— his plea for help?
And while we’re at it, how about shorter terms for senators? Get ‘em out on the campaign trail more frequently and maybe they’ll be more accountable to their constituents.
6 years is too long, IMO.
