Well, let me say I know something of Trumps temperament. He doesnt look backwards, i.e., punishing people. To him, victory is punishment enough. If Trump's administration does not go after criminals in high places, it means we do not have Rule of Law in our country. It has nothing to do with personal vendettas, and everything to do with Rule of Law, and not Rule of Man, where big important or wealthy people do not have to face justice because of their positions.
