Anyway, I still have faith in Sessions and trust that Trump will remove him if he ends up not being up to par with expectations. Trump has never been shy about replacing people who don't get the job done.
Rudy Giuliani would have made a great AG - 10 years ago. He's only 72 - just a couple years more than Sessions or Trump, but he clearly has not aged well. On the campaign trail, Rudy often looked exhausted and out of sorts. Unfortunately he's now an old man and perhaps not up to the workload that is required of an AG. Otherwise I'm sure Trump would have slotted him into an important role in his Administration.
Not everybody ages the same way.
I hope so Sam. I have read several replies that the entire "Sessions-had-contacts-with-the-Russian-Ambassador-Schumer-calls-for-him-to-resign" was Trump's secret plan all along.
That's a little hard for me to swallow, but we'll see.
Yes, Guliani's health may have been a factor. I also think he may just want to sit back and enjoy retirement. God knows he earned it.
