Based upon the reasoning in the article, if Gorsuch will be a pro homo vote because of the church he went to, then how do we explain Princess Pelosi and Justice Scalia as having different position, yet both belonged to the Catholic Church?

I say beware of the NY Slimes.

I think the concern comes from the fact that we don’t have any examples of conservative judges who oppose the homosexual agenda when it conflicts with the constitution in their decisions belonging to a church that specifically supports it. Yes, we have examples of libs that go against their church, but I don’t know of any judges who have made decisions supporting the constitution that belong to a specific church where their actual personal priestess is way into it. I guess we will see eventually.

Threads like this one make me think FR needs a an ‘alarm clock feature’ that could be set to ping everyone on the thread after a year or two to see how things actually turned out.
