I haven’t condemned Sessions for it, but the statement is correct. Your statement about recusing himself is also correct.
What’s going on here is a question of tactics and how morality has been destroyed by the left. The left tossed out the window recusing oneself with Lynch thus destroying the honorable act because if both sides don’t abide by it, then it’s meaningless. Thus to people who’ve seen what was going the correct tactic was not to give into the witch hunt, a position that Trump agrees with. Sessions and guys like you haven’t seen the truth or refuse to believe that the old system is dead. By failing to sink to the level of our foes when fighting back is how we will lose everything. Thus the conflict.
BTW, I honor Sessions for being a man of integrity, but urge you take a look at how much that’s helped him here. His morals mean nothing because the left is fighting a war to knife. Once we’ve won we can go back to building good systems but until then if we fight fair, while they fight dirty then we will lose everything.
