oh nooos. A senator used campaign funds to go to a political convention at which he attended an event of a conservative organization. A Russian diplomat attended the same event. oh noooos. So did a zillion other folks. And I bet someone from CNN was there, too!!!!

Now we know why the Cubs finally won the World Series. The Russians made it happen because Jeff Session used campaign funds to go to a political convention attended by Russians.

I always knew that guy from the Heritage Foundation was really a Russian sympathizer.

sheesh. Are these people for real? If ANYONE is anti Russian, it is conservatives minus W who looked Pooty-Poot (his nickname) in the eye and saw clear to his soul. And if anyone was pro Soviet KGB commies, it is the RATS who have been running the show for the last 8 years.

"oh nooos. A senator used campaign funds to go to a political convention at which he attended an event of a conservative organization."

These people are disgusting. Sessions was a keynote speaker at that convention. I found this info in a Yahoo Finance article:

"In this case, the Heritage Foundation was one of the organizations that sponsored the Global Partners in Diplomacy conference, the one at which multiple news outlets reported Sessions and Kislyak spoke following an address Sessions gave to attendees. The State Department was unable to confirm which dignitaries were in attendance at both the RNC and corresponding DNC events, or whether Kislyak attended a corresponding DNC event, which would've occurred following the initial WikiLeaks dump of hacked Democratic National Committee emails.

A spokesperson for the Heritage Foundation told Business Insider in an email that Sessions provided a keynote address at a defense and national-security luncheon attended by roughly 100 individuals. The spokesperson said, "I believe he was speaking as a senator on Armed Services" during his address, not as a Trump campaign surrogate."
