Notice how above the "Citizens of the European Union" box (at the bottom of course), there is a giant box for the European Parliament and a tiny box for National Governments. Very symbolic of how these bureaucrats see the world. They are missing the arrows flowing from the European Parliament to the Citizens that represent all the burdensome, insane and inane laws and regulations.
But hey, on the positive side, it is still way simpler than Obamacare!
