Do you believe Sessions’ position is stronger or weaker after this?
*************************************************************

Non sequitur, He recused himself to avoid the APPEARANCE of impropriety. Recusing is not an admission of any sort of guilt and has been done many times by Justices.

Had Sessions stayed on this investigation and the outcome was (as I believe it will)no wrong doing, the Left would forever be whining about “The Fix” being in because Sessions met with the Russians.

Go out in the street and ask a random 50 people what they think of Sessions recusing himself and here is what you will find:

Of the 50

47 will not know what “recuse” means”

40 will not know who Sessions is

Of course they won't, that's why they'll interpret it as him backing down, because they think he's guilty of something.
