It’s all about ILLEGAL DRUGS SALES. Yes, people still sell illegal cannabis illegally. Criminals fight over turf & will kill each other now & then just as they always have. Criminal drug dealers are just that, CRIMINALS and they should be arrested just as they were BEFORE cannabis was legalized in Colorado & the other illegal states. Article cites a case where someone was killed while trying to sell cannabis illegally.
