Is that the one where the second toe is longer than the big toe?

It looks that way, but actually, the first metatarsal is shorter. Also, one of the tarsals, the navicular, on the top side of the foot is larger than normal. Result is that eventually, over years, the metatarsal arch collapses. There are orthotics and I use them when I need to wear stiffer shoes or boots.
