You don’t chose which laws you will enforce and which ones you wont, you enforce the law as written. Otherwise why even have laws, just let the king decide what is legal and illegal. If you don’t like the law, change it.

If you have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution, then yes, you should choose not to enforce unconstitutional laws.

So are you on favor of enforcing every federal regulation on the books, or just the ones you would like to see enforced?

Any thoughts on the Tenth Amendment with regard to this issue?
