Ask your son to say ‘Hello’ to Silver Dollar City for me. I haven’t been back in a while. We used to visit my grandpa when we were kids. He was the blacksmith there.
He said they were going to Silver Dollar City today, as part of the festivities. He said, “Everything is structured for the whole week, Ma.” I’m thinking, “You poor guy.”
He also towed his restored VW to the reunion for Bug Fun while they were there. I hope he has lots of pics when he gets back. I don’t think he’s going to post much on FB while he’s gone, just to be safe.
