The photo suggests that Conway is disrespecting the people in the room when, in fact, she was positioning herself on the couch to take a photo of the group, and the photographer caught her while she was adjusting the camera settings moments before?
This reminds me of the inauguration GIF of Melania Trump that was circulating, purporting to show her going from happy to sad because Donald Trump turned around and said something mean to her moments before being sworn in. When you see the larger context of what was really going on, the Rev. Franklin Graham was giving a blessing to the Trump family, and Melania bowed her head in a moment of silent prayer.
It doesn't matter what was really going on, an isolated photo can suggest anything else that the "journalist" wants to pretend.

So whomever took the photo (s) releases them to the press without them being screened?
I get the feeling that the WH has totally no control over the information coming out, whether it’s from phone calls or photos.
Someone needs to get control of this and fast. The photo should NEVER have been release without authorization.
