I would add Woolworths ,, a company so powerful at one point that they commanded a single letter identifier on the NYSE “Z” ...
Target is not going to change policies as in the short term that would cause protests... I recently bought a $10 Target gift card for $5 on Groupon ... they are literally buying customers by giving away free goods.
Just make sure you don’t spend a penny over the 10
