I like how the CEO blames “changing consumer behavior” for the decline in store sales. I tend to agree with him. Nobody wants to go into a retail store that allows perverts in the restrooms and dressing rooms with little girls. I would say that’s definitely a reason for the “change in consumer behavior”.
