Any disruption by an illegal alien must result in their deportation AND the expulsion the the Congressman who invited them.
You would think with the President in attendance that the Secret Service would not allow anyone considered as an illegal or criminal in the same room. You would hope this would require a stricter vetting than a public appearance, considering the entire Executive, Legislative and Judicial branch is present.
