“Going liberal”? Are you kidding? The Bush globalist family has always been liberal. Daddy learned to fake it a bit with his enjoyment of pork rinds. W took it further with his strut and cowboy boots. W’s daughters don’t even bother pretending anymore—as really, the Bush women never did—they are part of the liberal, globalist, kleptocrat class and always have been.

When you think back to the Bush dynasty and how we got those dolts, it truly is amazing how well the manipulation works, on both the left and the right. In Bush Jr's case, here is a guy who was not too bright but whose father was a congressman and grandfather was a Senator, so he gets into good schools for college. He gets B's and C's. Goes into the reserve, no distinction. Once out, he doesn't do anything to demonstrate competence. Doesn't run anything, doesn't help his dad when his dad is President. He's the son of a powerful man, well off, not accomplished, and a drunk. Nearly loses his family.

Then he cleans himself up and decides it's time for him to put all the past aside and begin building a resume. So Daddy's connections get him a job with the Texas Rangers, where he does nothing extraordinary. After a few years there, he runs for Governor of Texas. Nothing in his background provided any basis for him to think he should be governor of Texas, except his last name! Now, for the first time in his life, he does something showing merit. He defeats the crazy woman and wins, going on to do a decent job as governor. He is known mainly for getting along with democrats during that time.

With the resume sufficiently beefed up, now he thinks he can be President. He's still the same mediocre bum he always was, but he is sold to conservatives as a true conservative, better than his father. After the Dole debacle, and faced with a choice of McCain or Bush, people fall for it. It was always a lie.

He was always just a creation of his father, who was orchestrating the globalization, stateless agenda. He didn't care about the media, because he was accomplishing what that agenda. His low approval was OK because it gave him cover for not doing anything conservative.

His refusal to criticize Obama fits perfectly, because he didn't disagree with the ends, only perhaps the speed of getting there. He will now find his voice. He is worse than Obama, for he was used to dupe conservatives, to be a placeholder until enough of us die off for them to finish the project of de-Americanizing this land. Without Bush to mollify us, the left could never win. He played his role, but he was never on our side.
