As much as I hate to say it, the evidence is clear...
Swedish women like being raped and the government approves of the practice. Further, any man who rapes a woman in Sweden will not be arrested or jailed.
Obviously the police, the government, and the female Swedish population approve of this practice.

Not quite. Any NON-WESTERN man who rapes a Swedish woman will not be arrested or jailed. I believe that the Swedish and other western men that rape women there are still facing charges...of course that happens very, very, infrequently.
