New Orleans is the MOST RACIST place I have ever lived and it isn’t just Overt it is Institutionalized, Condoned and Promoted.

I absolutely despise the place (I miss the Food, History, Fishing and some really cool people that just say Hey) But the negatives far outweigh the positives.

I’ve never lived in New Orleans but have visited 8 or 10 times. I would agree. The bias against whites is palpable. I lived in Baltimore back in the early 2000s and thought it was pretty racially divisive but NOLA is just awful.
