It is great to involve big contractors that can “knock it out” but we need to also make sure that those that have to live near the border state areas get opportunities as well.
This is already a MATOC, I think, but it is a 18’ to 30’ steel bollard fence, not a 40’ high concrete wall with the embossed Trump seal.
