My Father passed away the end of October at the age of 93.
I do wish he would have seen Trump win the Election. He referred to Hillary as “that woman”. He knew she was evil.
He did send in his Absentee Ballot with his Vote for Trump a week before he passed away.
Colmes was better than the other libs I have seen on TV..shocked by his passing..66 is still young in my book a real shame..wonder what he had(If I had to guess..late stage cancer of some kind) prayers sent to Monica Crowley’s family and the Colmes family

He said some stupid liberal things at times, but yes, he was one of the more palatable libs, with a fairly calm demeanor, and in interest in debating specifics. A former standup comic, he could be funny at times.

But when he joined fox he changed his act. On his radio show he constantly referred to Justice Thomas as Uncle Thomas. When the topic came up on the Hannity show, the hypocrite faked outrage that anyone would refer to Thomas as an uncle tom.

I didn’t have any respect for him while he was living. He was a blatant liar and accomplished his lies to assist the damage done during the Clinton administration. He lied about Bush and the WMD’s, and he was a staunch supporter and liar for Obama during his efforts to rework the country into what can only be considered to be socialism, that Obama studied under Marshal and Saul Alinski.
Here’s a riddle for you:
what do you call a person who lies to coerce you to change your lifestyle or thoughts either through force or intentional misreprecentation, the action OFFENCE of giving a false or misleading account of the nature of something.
He’s called a terrorist. And he hid behind the first amendment like a leach.
So whether you wish to feel respectful for a man that intentionally assisted in the doing of a lot of damage to our economy and our safety, and even wanted to have the words illegal immigrants as offensive to people that are better classified as illegal aliens,
then you just jump in there.

It’s a shame you spent all this time and effort for little old me! I can see you dying a shriveled up bitter, bitter man..if you can’t take Sean Hannity’s lead on Alan Colmes (he was the best champion of freedom of speech) you are probably a lost cause.
When Justice Scalia passed away, prominent liberals danced in the streets.
When Alan Colmes passed away, prominent conservatives honored him and mourned his passing.
See the difference...if it were up to you , we would “shoot them all” That’s not how you change minds, it’s how you lose elections. BTW, if we continue to make gains in the House and Senate, we will have another problem that always pops up...possible loss of civil liberties! I can just bet you will be the first one to scream bloody murder if the right starts to get a bit too pushy (which they have done before many times) with our freedoms. Maybe then you will rethink your words of today...but I doubt it,that would take some level of intelligence.

Sean Hannity said he’d been struggling with cancer for a long time. He didn’t say what type.
My sympathies to the family. Alan Colmes seemed a truly exceptional person, a liberal in the traditional sense.

I second this. Alan Colmes was an unapologetic liberal, but he was not of the ilk we see today. Whereas progressives are actively and blazingly trying to destroy the US as we know it, guys like Alan Colmes believed that his liberal ideology would contribute to a better and stronger US. I disagreed with him 99% of the time, but I always knew where his argument was coming from.
Some aggressive cancer, perhaps? We had a real good friend, diagnosed with stomach cancer and died 2 weeks later. It happens...
