“...place...CNN on...can’t get away from it...”
I feel ya’! Torture. I have to go to the dentist later and luckily my dentist has no TV but this is the type of place where one can get stuck with CNN blaring.
I learned to be bold and figured out how to turn it off in hospital waiting areas when our daughter had a bone marrow disease and we spent a lot of time in hospitals (she is all better now; a college freshman).
Our dentist got smart, a few years back...and only has the Travel Channel or Food Network on :)
