Yes, it is. And it is disgusting that our educational system has managed to produce supposedly highly educated individuals who are so ignorant of history. But one has to remember that Law Schools are part of universities, and the left has been infiltrating and taking them over for more than a century.
Thank God this ruling only applies to the state of Maryland.
