Come on - the Spanish language Mass at the local Catholic Church? That should be The Happy Hunting Ground for the illegals.
Maybe if ICE stationed plain clothes people outside using cameras inked to facial recognition systems. Then pick up people as they exit the church. Just checking people at random would be thrown out of court as profiling, but picking up people already identified in a criminal database and with automatic ICE detainer orders should pass muster.
