This is the famous, famous Trump “CHARM OFFENSIVE.”
And anyhow it’s the USA’s house, not his private personal chattel.
If Trump gets spurned, then he gets stern. This has happened a number of times. But never let it be said that Trump didn’t extend the friendly hand first, that he opened the hostilities.
