Donald Trump may put all of the USA's illegal immigrants in ICE's crosshairs with two new orders that could allow for anyone to be deported, regardless of whether they have committed a crime in the US.
The first memo, which says all illegals are subject to deportation, is concerned with internal immigration control.
It orders ICE agents to disregard President Obama's order to focus on criminal immigrants and recent arrivals.
Instead, the order says, they should switch their focus and prioritize migrants who have been charged with crimes but not yet convicted.
It also broadens the scope of ICE powers to determine who should be deported, and says immigrants will not be afforded rights under US privacy laws.
The second memo instructs Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers to crack down on illegal migration at the border by holding migrants in detention until a determination in their case is made.

President Trump should ask Congress to pass a simple law: Anyone seeking asylum in the United States who has been released into the general population after having been given a court date to argue his case but who failed to appear for that hearing SHALL be deemed to have waived his due process rights and SHALL be deported when apprehended.

ALL illegal aliens ARE subject to removal according to the law.
We should not give illegal aliens the opportunity to harm or kill Americans before deporting them.
It goes back to the days of the plantation slave holders. It was strictly forbidden to teach the slaves how to read or write.
The same philosophy pervades the latino/democrat labor complex today. Language barriers and illiteracy are well used tools of the socialist-democrats in their quest to keep the slaves from revolting.

If you're here illegally, you're breaking the law. It's no different from any other crime, be it speeding 35 in a 25, or committing some heinous felony. You're fine, until you get caught, then you need to take the punishment. Illegals, and their enablers, want to commit the crime then walk away scot-free. Won't happen under Trump.
In other words, don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
Much was made that only ".07% of illegals", or somesuch, got themselves deported over the past couple of weeks. Sez me, that's a fine start. Meanwhile, I wonder how many left of their own accord? That's going to be a far, far larger number.

Since the mid 60’s the word “punishment” has been replaced with tolerance, sensitivity, blameless behavior, and total dismissal of any/and all reactions to their actions. Now, no one is responsible for their own actions except those who obey the laws of society and carry their own weight, financially and morally. Everyone else is exempt and never held accountable for ANYTHING for it might hurt their feelings, sensitivity or mental well being. Male is female, good is bad, bad is good, illegal is legal, legal is illegal and it goes on and on and on until we have reached a “boiling point” in this country where the spoiled brats are now brought into the room for their punishment.
