Article on immigration memos:
http://www.politico.com/story/2017/02/trump-undocumented-immigrants-crackdown-235224

“initial construction of new infrastructure will focus on locations near El Paso, Texas, El Centro, California, and in Southern Arizona,” the memo says. The agency, without offering proof, says it has identified the money to begin constructing the wall. “

Bet there’s plenty of discretionary funds available- to get started anyway.

The WH should have lots of money left over from the Obummer years:

No 20-30 something staff for FLOTUS, so $ savings from salaries
No 30 something Czars, so $ savings from salaries
No billion $ vacays for Obummer, Moochelle, granny and the girls
No weekly concerts by rappers and others - costs for food and beverages for same
At least the 1st year, no flying around the country for fund raisers, plus the additional trips for Hollywood fun and golf trips
$ savings in salary for POTUS and Kushner (and potentially others)

Cut off welfare benefits earned child tax credit, etc., etc. to illegals

Put a tax on remittances for $s sent out of the country

Who’s going to pay for the wall?

“C. Identifying and Quantifying Sources of Aid to Mexico

Accordingly, the Under Secretary for Management shall identify all sources of direct or indirect aid and assistance, excluding intelligence activities, from every departmental component to the Government of Mexico on an annual basis, for the last five fiscal years, and quantify such aid or assistance. The Under Secretary for Management shall submit a report to me reflecting historic levels of such aid or assistance provided annually within 30 days ofthe date ofthis memorandum.”

The 1250 +- miles in Texas poses problems not associated with the other states because the
border line crosses back and forth along the Rio Grande river. In addition there a couple of
large lakes to be dealt with. Essentially the Rio Grande will be ceeded to Mexico because of
the necessity to stay onshore and not following the twist and turns of the river. JMO.

There is a map with detailed info showing the border as it crosses back and forth along the
Rio Grande. Unfortunately I failed to bookmark it and now I can’t find it.
