I am not attacking Michel's personally as a person or his military service (I didn't know he served, BTW).
His political service is fair game. He is the epitome of establishment, don't-rock-the-boat Republicanism. One of those Republicans that the media always ran to when other Republicans went "too far."
his political service ended a quarter of a century ago. the "establishment" simply didn't exist then as it does now. you people are creating a straw man, hanging it on a guy in a way that is
utterly out of historical context, and patting yourself on the back for your self styled purity.
