Regardless of who the Democrats pick they got problems. I happen to think that a Booker/Warren tickets makes a lot of sense, but Hispanics are gonna have a tirade if they don’t have one of their own on the ticket. It’s gonna be a mess for the Democrats when Blacks and Hispanics fight for the control of that party because they won’t be able to share power equally. You can bet on that. I can see even more white voters telling the Democrats to go pound sand in 2020. As much as the media harps on the GOP’s inability to attract Black and Hispanic votes they better start paying attention to the fact that Democrats have steadily lost their share of the white vote. Hillary got just 39.5% of that vote in November. I can see it steadily decreasing down to the low to mid 30’s by the next election, and that will make it increasingly harder for the Dems to win in 2020.

I think Hispanics would support a Black at the top of the ticket, but not the other way around. Once consequence of Obama is that I don’t think the Blacks will be motivated to vote for anyone who isn’t Black.

I also think Trump will make more inroads into the Union vote.

It could also just as easily be Warren/Booker. Booker has more time for future campaigns than Warren does.
