“”My guess is that the “American” part is offensive to them now.””

I hadn’t thought of that but that’s the way they are really behaving, isn’t it? Well, too bad! There isn’t a shortage of people willing to donate funds to get them back to their homeland and that goes for every other “foreigner” who slams the country - including the ones who come in illegally across our southern borders.

If they could read, I would recommend “Out of America” by Keith Richburg who is a black man and a Washington Post reporter in Africa at one time. He thought they all should go to Africa to appreciate more of what the country of their birth has given to them - GIVEN - no strings attached and no special privileges - just like the rest of us born here! Make it or don’t - it’s up to you!

As for the other minorities - oh! oh! offensive term - they come from a country/countries whose leaders - present and former - are encouraging them to break OUR LAWS and want to see US PUNISHED for wanting our laws to be obeyed.

Are we all going nuts or are we already there?

Like Muhammad Ali said, after going to Africa to fight George Foreman....'Thank God my granddaddy got on that boat.'
