(By the way, I thought I knew the sound of an F-15 being flown in anger but I learned that morning that there’s a whole other level of fury that bird can unleash)
Where is Otis AFB, Massachusetts? From what I remember (and this is clouded memory, there was a delay in getting the planes off because they didn’t have any armament, namely rockets, on them. Don’t know if the F15 had nose or wing cannons. If they did, and they were installed and loaded, then they could have taken off on command).
