Children of criminals do not get to benefit from the crimes of the parents. Bank robbers kids don’t get to keep the money.
Send them home with their parents.
Granted. I think for such individuals a different path could be forged. But I just haven’t come upon a plan that sounds right yet. Has Congress addressed this?
