There was a former CIA officer on Fox yesterday stating that over the last 8 years, the Obama political appointees at all departments would have been able to identify like-minded staffers and nurture their careers at the expense of those who were apolitical or conservative.
Tillerson is going to have to drill down into the lower echelon to get rid of all the Obama staffers.
