They have a hard time retaining employees in their child SVU units... it’s just too much.
For sure,no telling how many people worldwide are involved in all this and all the links such as drug dealing etc. or how many have suffered from small amounts to death.
This might be a good task for retired LEO's.
The ones who would protect those the ages of their grandchildren.
Plus, when you are older, you can process this stuff better, and then you get real determined to rid the earth of such evil.
