Now need to put him on the dowsing chair and see if he floats.
His willingness to play the stooge for the embedded establishment’s last ditch game to try and push the 2016 election into the House of Representatives makes him a moral though not legal traitor. He should be at a minimum shunned by civil society - but preferably should be tarred,feathered, then ridden out of town on a rail.
