There’s a certain VPN located in the Netherlands which starts with M. I use it to download on torrent. Their instruction is “send us $$ with your return address” and i sent them $20. One week later I got a letter with the password and log in. Old school style..
the reason? Any info sent electronically is monitored by the ENESEY.
