The hand-wringers, chaise-fainters and pearl-clutchers on FR are on my last nerve, too. Especially those who trash anybody who dared work in .gov natsec during the 8 years of W: according to them they shoulda just sat it out all the years between Reagan and Trump, worked at Home Depot or something.
Too true— “pearl-clutchers”. Love it. Less emotion, more education and therefore an action plan. Have noticed noone, especially the “pearl clutchers” want to read about the real world, and the sticky commodity of true facts. Rooting out the traitors and 5th column will take some serious sober work.
Admire the natsec people who worked from Reagan through the dismantling of Reagan’s (Casey) policies by Bush I, the clintoon criminals and their cartel, and the unfortunate W (who, without 9-11, would have been a one termer). Especially friends who worked against Fidel and Raul, and their gulag (family reasons for the “especially”). Sub-rosa must have been, to say the least, difficult.
