Bad lower back, too. The Uncoordinated Freestyle is now a part of my past.
My back was injured both high and low in a car wreck several years ago. I can still dance a little but I’d better not have anything planned for the next few days.
With all the kittehs we have and I need to take care of each day, dancing at all has had to come to a halt. :-(
