This 'Soros Judicial Coup' on the Executive Branch should result in ARRESTS and IMPRISONMENT.
Jeff Sessions should have KING ROBART ARRESTED FOR SEDITION/TREASON.

Not to mention, they are ruling against our laws in this judicial power grab. President Trump is on the right side of the law, why can't he point that out, call these judges out for their illegal rulings, and go ahead with the agenda to stop illegal immigration? What could they do, throw him in jail for enforcing US law?

Now that Barack Obama has gone back to being a street thug Judge Robart seems to think he is America’s new King.

Yep. They are in bed with the companies and corporations which want all the cheap illegal labor they can get. Trent Lott has said as much, now that he’s out of Congress he pulls no punches in admitting what the real agenda is.
It is very telling to me that the only plank of the GOP platform which they’ve managed to stand on is the one against union power. I oppose unions too, but I imagine for a different reason than they did-I oppose the union’s support, including enforced support by the rank-and-file, of the ‘rat party and the left. The GOP opposed it because their cronies in in big business want the cheap illegal immigrant labor.

Why is Trump frozen into inaction here? Because it is almost certain that the Supreme court would either go 3 to 5 against President Trump or 4 to 4 to let the lower court ruling stand.
That's why the Gorsuch nomination has become more urgent and important.
And that's why democrats will do everything they possibly can to kill the nomination in order to hand Trump a permanent defeat on the ban.
They are more interested in winning a olitical battle than in National Security.

I don't understand why they can't be charged with something, they are openly and blatantly breaking our immigration laws.

Why the needless delay.
My take on this:
Trump sees an opportunity to use this to vilify the Federal Courts and generate a groundswell for radical reform. The thought of the clock ticking as terrorists enter the country will galvanize support behind the move. Whether that involves cutting the Ninth Circuit down to a tiny territory, adding judges to SCOTUS, dropping a mandatory retirement age on them, impeachments, or whatever.
As much as the FedCourts need to be cleaned out, I'm not pleased that he's playing political football here. The danger is all too real. It should not take actual deaths to get Congress to move on this.

The injunction is simply an exension of the original stay and has not changed anything.
To: mrsmel
they can’t do anything.
It’s just that I Think Trump is being hamstrung by the cries of dictator! and is worried that taking such an action would feed that narrative even more.
But the truth of the matter is, the courts have as much right to insert themselves into matters of national security as the president has to take a court case on rule on it. Which is to say, NONE.

"And that's why democrats will do everything they possibly can to kill the nomination in order to hand Trump a permanent defeat on the ban." Have the events surrounding Flynn now emboldened the Never Trump Republicans to join forces with the Democrats to defeat Gorsuch, even if the nuclear option is used? Blood is in the water.

Ugh, the Republicans should have approved that SC picks within 24 hours. WTH are they doing? It wont be long before we start hearing “the midterms” are just around the corner and nothing else can be done before then for risk of losing our majorities !
To: Truth29
America is as spoiled on cheap labor as Congress is to payoffs from lobby reps.
